SAP Customer Success Manager – Perth

Location: Perth, Western Australia; hybrid work with office attendance and travel to customer sites across Perth and the broader WA region. Only WA-based candidates will be considered.

What you will do

• Own post-sales relationships with assigned customers and help them achieve business outcomes through SAP solutions.
• Develop customer success plans, account strategies, forecasts, and engagement roadmaps.
• Monitor customer health, satisfaction, and usage trends to address risks and opportunities proactively.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Support, consulting, and delivery teams to improve customer experiences and drive renewals and upsells.
• Advise customers on transformational change and SAP environment optimisation.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and represent customer needs in internal improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in a technical, business, or software-related field.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or post-sales consulting within technology or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of SAP solutions and delivery models, including S/4HANA, Cloud, and AMS.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and emerging enterprise technologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Must be based in Western Australia; visa sponsorship is not available.
