What you will do

• Lead team strategies that strengthen client relationships and improve client satisfaction.
• Advise team members on complex client engagement scenarios and direct solutions for high-priority issues.
• Analyze hirify.global performance data and develop actionable insights to optimize client solutions.
• Streamline communication and improve operational workflows to support timely issue resolution and service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and other partners to align strategies with client needs and industry trends.
• Benchmark team performance, drive continuous improvement, and coach junior professionals.

Requirements

• Strong foundation of knowledge in client success, account management, or a related field.
• Highly developed communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage large-scale projects or processes and solve challenging problems using sound judgment.
• Ability to work autonomously, determine methods for new assignments, and lead teams or initiatives.
• University degree or equivalent experience is typically expected.
