Senior Financial Analyst (Personal Systems Global Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Lead and advise on critical business initiatives across finance sub-functions, geographies, and organizations.
• Perform complex financial analysis, reporting, reconciliation, budgeting, planning, and variance analysis.
• Support capital strategies and return-on-investment decisions for the global business.
• Partner with business leaders on long-term strategy, business plans, controls, and financial policies.
• Drive global process improvements and represent the business in cross-regional and cross-functional planning.
• Lead cross-functional teams, solve complex problems, and mentor lower-level finance employees.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of accounting, auditing, corporate finance, financial analysis, financial modeling, and financial planning.
• Experience with financial statements, internal controls, KPIs, P&L management, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP applications, automation, and process improvement.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
