Representative Sr. Lead, Fund Administration (Fintech)

Salary: $108,230–$184,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee accounting and administration for complex private equity, closed-end, and alternative investment funds.
• Review and approve fund-level financial reporting packages, investor capital statements, and audited financial statements.
• Lead year-end reporting and external audit processes while liaising with auditors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Perform and review carried interest, waterfall allocation, management fee, capital call, and distribution calculations.
• Provide technical leadership, manage client relationships, support onboarding, and contribute to process and system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• 5+ years of private equity fund accounting, fund administration, or alternative investment accounting experience.
• Expertise in private equity fund structures, partnership accounting, investor allocations, capital activity, carried interest, and waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with year-end financial statements, external audits, and U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with Investran, Geneva, or similar fund accounting platforms and Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with multiple private equity strategies, including buyout, growth equity, venture capital, or real assets.
