Localization Audio Specialist (Spanish Commentary)

Location: San Diego, California, United States; onsite collaboration with the San Diego Studio audio and commentary teams.

Hourly base pay: $43.61–$65.43 USD

What you will do

• Create and support high-quality Latin American Spanish commentary for the MLBTheShow project.
• Coordinate with the San Diego Studio Commentary Team and the U.K.-based localization team.
• Manage dialogue recording, editing, mastering, and other audio post-production phases.
• Integrate dialogue into games using proprietary audio tools and improve supporting systems.
• Contribute technical expertise, creative approaches, and solutions to audio production challenges.
• Collaborate with audio, commentary, sound, and production development teams.

Requirements

• Fluent Latin American Spanish and the ability to translate seamlessly from English.
• At least 3 years of experience, or one shipped AAA title or film/television project in a lead role.
• In-depth knowledge of baseball.
• Experience across dialogue production and post-production, preferably with interactive audio.
• Comfort with Digital Audio Workstations, proprietary game-audio tools, Microsoft Excel, and database management.
• Relevant accredited education in audio, sound design, television, broadcasting, or game design.
