Language Producer, Global English - Content Localization

Location: Los Angeles, CA; must be based in Los Angeles. Requires willingness to travel internationally and flexibility to work across time zones.

Salary: $132,000–$220,000 annual salary, with the option to choose a portion as stock options.

What you will do

• Manage relationships with English dubbing studios, timed-text and localization vendors, and talent partners.
• Train and align partners to meet hirify.global quality standards while monitoring vendor performance, capacity, market rates, and partner health.
• Build English-language dubbing and audio-description talent pipelines, identify casting gaps, and develop initiatives to address them.
• Provide tiered title-level support across dubbing, timed text, audio description, main and episode titles, and marketing materials.
• Maintain language-specific style guides and creative guidelines, using quality data and member feedback to improve localization workflows.
• Support innovation initiatives involving ASR, machine translation, TQ models, lip sync, voice-over, and automation tooling.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of dubbing and/or timed-text title or language management experience across creative and operational work.
• Native fluency in English is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of localization workflows, pipelines, and production from development through delivery, including real-time workflows.
• Experience managing complex vendor relationships and addressing quality, accountability, automation, and workflow issues.
• Ability to analyze QC/TQ metrics, partner ratings, dashboards, and member feedback to drive vendor and market-level decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

• Proficiency in another language.
• Familiarity with English-language localization contracts, union and guild dynamics, and local market practices.
