Pay: $55–$60.45 per hour

What you will do

• Perform localization QA and review localized Commerce and App Store content for linguistic accuracy, quality, relevance, and consistency.
• Coordinate with localization vendors, vendor testers, LQAs, localization project managers, and language teams.
• Manage localized content and data across internal and vendor systems.
• Identify, evaluate, communicate, and help resolve linguistic and localization issues across multiple languages and markets.
• Ensure localized content reflects the intended company voice and customer experience in each market.

Requirements

• Hands-on localization QA/LQA and localization production experience.
• Experience coordinating with localization vendors, testers, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing localization content, data, workflows, and production processes.
• Native-level proficiency in at least one language other than English.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Wallet, Payments, Commerce, App Store, or international marketplaces.
• Software QA or testing experience.
• Workflow or process automation experience.
• Experience with multiple languages and territories or localization/translation management systems.
