Platform Engineer, AI & Security

What you will do

• Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud, AI security, network, endpoint, and identity products for engineering development and validation.
• Build and maintain software integrations with security vendor APIs, including automated product setup and repeatable configuration.
• Create reusable tooling for provisioning, testing, troubleshooting, and integration validation.
• Develop representative enterprise configurations and workflows for security products.
• Investigate APIs, permissions, data models, authentication, and product behavior, documenting requirements, limitations, and edge cases.
• Diagnose integration failures, maintain technical documentation, and support engineers building AI-driven capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, security engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong software development skills in Python or another general-purpose language, with version control, automated testing, and code review.
• Experience building API integrations and troubleshooting authentication, authorization, data exchange, and system behavior.
• Hands-on experience deploying and configuring multiple enterprise security products.
• Working knowledge of SIEM, EDR, SOAR, cloud security, network security, and identity platforms.
• Experience automating infrastructure or application configuration and translating practical security requirements into engineering work.

Nice to have

• Background in integrations, backend services, developer tooling, customer engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Experience integrating AI applications or agents with external tools and APIs.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, containers, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and automated integration testing.
• Familiarity with CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, SentinelOne, Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR, Google SecOps, Logstash, OpenTelemetry, Bindplane, or Cribl.
• Relevant cloud or security certifications.
