Trust Officer (Fintech)

Location: Nevada, US; hybrid workplace. Must be based in Nevada or willing to relocate.

What you will do

• Oversee daily hirify.global Trust operations, including trust administration, regulatory compliance, and account supervision.
• Manage reporting to the Nevada Financial Institutions Division.
• Conduct quality control reviews and reconcile regulatory document delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services, engineering, product, and other business teams.
• Complete in-office operational tasks as required.
• Identify and implement automation to improve back-office efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of trust administration experience.
• Must be based in Nevada or willing to relocate.
• Knowledge of securities regulation, account transfers, corporate actions and dividends, and trading.
• Understanding of AML and risk mitigation rules.
• Deep familiarity with Nevada Trust Company Regulations, particularly NRS Chapter 669.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
