Junior Compliance Officer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for US compliance topics, including BSA/AML, consumer protection, marketing compliance, IT due diligence, and new product launches.
• Support oversight of the US compliance programme and provide regular reporting to the US partner bank.
• Review and approve escalated cases in day-to-day compliance operations.
• Draft, review, and renew compliance policies and procedures.
• Run marketing compliance reviews and collaborate with Customer Success and Product on customer information and onboarding.
• Advise on applicable US regulations and support UK and Lithuanian entities with projects and global initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on compliance experience at a bank, fintech, or other financial institution.
• Practical experience with compliance policies and procedures.
• Exposure to BSA/AML, consumer protection, and marketing compliance requirements.
• Working knowledge of the US regulatory landscape and the ability to assess whether policies and documents are accurate and complete.
• Experience managing projects and multiple topics in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and take a broad generalist approach to compliance.
