Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, United States; preferred Greater New York/New Jersey or Greater Philadelphia metro area, with work from the Berkeley Heights office or client sites three days a week. Up to 25% travel to client sites and conferences.

Salary: $119,500–$163,875 annually, with the actual amount depending on experience, skills, education, internal equity, market data, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design for web and mobile surfaces, from problem framing through high-fidelity delivery.
• Translate ambiguous product problems into clear, testable design solutions with product managers and engineers.
• Design AI-agent interactions, including user direction, agent outputs, corrections, and trust mechanisms.
• Build reusable patterns and contribute to a consistent, scalable design system.
• Present design rationale, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and maintain a high quality bar throughout the product lifecycle.
• Use AI in the design process to improve speed and output quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or enterprise software.
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing SaaS products for life sciences, pharma, or related industries.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered features such as natural-language interfaces, agents, or predictive insights; experience with rich data visualizations or complex services.
• Strong visual, interaction, systems, technical, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to collaborate with engineers and present to executive stakeholders.
• Clear, confident written and spoken English is required.
