Change Management Lead (Microsoft 365 Business Central)

Location: Based in either Edinburgh, UK, or Huntsville, Alabama, USA

What you will do

• Lead change management activities for the Microsoft 365 Business Central implementation across more than 70 companies.
• Work with the Project Manager and external software partners to ensure a smooth transition.
• Gather system setup requirements, including local government reporting needs.
• Translate business requirements for technology teams and help identify appropriate solutions.
• Design and deliver training programs and manuals to support user adoption.
• Coordinate system setup, testing, reporting, standardization, and rollout with local teams.

Requirements

• Experience using Microsoft Business Central or a similar system.
• 8+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience training others in a finance environment.
• Strong communication, change management, leadership, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work with users from different countries and cultures.
