Senior Process Engineer (f/m/d) (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate the fabrication and modification of machines, tools, and equipment to improve production processes.
• Review serial equipment at or before end of production for multiple regional sites and define the appropriate production process.
• Develop flexible multi-part, low-volume equipment to reduce floor-space utilization where possible.
• Supervise the maintenance and repair of manufacturing facilities and equipment.
• Install new equipment and relocate existing equipment as required.
• Research equipment and processes to define repair, replacement, spare-parts, and contingency requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related field.
• 8+ years of experience, including at least five years of related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the installation, maintenance, and operation of assembly equipment.
• Experience with PLCs is preferred.
• Ensure compliance with applicable company and government safety rules and environmental work practices.
• Support compliance with ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
