Product Manager - APAC Expansion (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define the APAC banking connectivity strategy, product roadmap, and market expansion priorities.
• Build business cases using client demand, payment volumes, competitive positioning, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify payment capabilities for APAC markets, including ACH requirements, local clearing preferences, and emerging settlement mechanisms.
• Define banking partnership requirements and collaborate on sourcing and evaluating potential partners.
• Work with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, design, and banking partnerships to deliver and launch payment capabilities.
• Monitor transaction success rates, settlement times, corridor costs, and infrastructure performance to drive continuous optimization.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building B2B fintech products with banks, PSPs, and local payment rails across APAC.
• Experience defining product strategies, roadmaps, feature priorities, and business cases.
• Strong understanding of customer needs, market research, quantitative and qualitative product insights, and payment infrastructure.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and sufficient technical depth to evaluate solutions.
• Ability to work with financial, risk, and legal stakeholders on compliant, user-centric solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
