Senior Product Manager, Spot Trading (Crypto)

What you will do

• Plan and launch listing campaign products, including referral rewards and promotional events, to improve user acquisition, retention, and trading activity.
• Analyze crypto spot trading rules and user behavior to develop growth strategies that increase traffic, conversion, and trading volume.
• Identify business problems and opportunities, then drive product solutions from ideation through execution.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, engineering, risk management, legal, listing, trading, and operations teams on compliant product launches.
• Define and monitor campaign metrics, analyze performance, and optimize outcomes using data and user feedback.
• Conduct market and competitor research and translate insights into product initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or project management, preferably in crypto, trading, fintech, or fast-paced internet businesses.
• Deep understanding of the crypto industry, especially spot trading products, market dynamics, and user behavior.
• Strong ownership, logical thinking, problem-solving, business judgment, and execution skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering projects on time with attention to process and outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
