Co-op, Neuropsychiatry Strategy & Operations (Biotech)

What you will do

• Manage and implement strategic initiatives across the US Neuropsychiatry Franchise and collaboration partners.
• Build and maintain a prioritized portfolio of strategic initiatives with cross-functional leadership.
• Advise project teams to ensure strategic coordination and consistent execution.
• Prepare executive presentations for launch updates, business reviews, investor relations events, and board communications.
• Lead at least one critical strategic initiative and present its results to the Neuropsych Leadership Team and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MBA and enrolled in an accredited educational institution or skills program.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old before the scheduled start date.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, build relationships, collaborate across functions, and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-directed, resilient, detail-oriented, and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
