Manager, Finance Technology Portfolio

Location: USA - TX - Irving - Walnut Hill; onsite five days a week. Relocation is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $147,760.00–$221,640.00 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the Digital Finance technology portfolio and strategic programs supporting enterprise priorities and transformation objectives.
• Develop portfolio roadmaps, governance frameworks, communication plans, success metrics, and delivery standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, product, engineering, operations, and business organizations.
• Manage program execution, risks, issues, escalations, dependencies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive organizational readiness, adoption, change control, transition planning, and value realization.
• Influence decisions and improve collaboration across leaders, business owners, technology teams, and partners.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading complex portfolios, programs, or transformations across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of finance transformation, finance processes, enterprise platforms, data, analytics, and business outcomes.
• Experience with portfolio and program governance, capacity management, reporting, escalation, and risk management.
• Understanding of SDLC, DevOps, IT operations, release and environment management, production transition, and support readiness.
• Fluency in data, AI, analytics, master data management, data quality, governance, adoption, and value realization dependencies.
• Ability to coach direct reports, establish standards, and build alignment across organizational leaders and partners.
