Premier Client Banker - PNC Wealth Management

Location: Bridgeville, Pennsylvania; based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; in-office position

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire, retain, and deepen relationships with mass affluent clients.
• Generate and manage leads, client appointments, sales opportunities, and relationship management activities.
• Provide consultative conversations and tailored banking, financial wellness, and investment solutions.
• Build and coordinate relationships with internal ecosystem partners, including hirify.global Financial Advisors.
• Manage portfolio risk, profitability, client penetration goals, and service quality.
• Lead client onboarding, servicing, relationship reviews, pre-call planning, and post-call debriefs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; comparable education, certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of banking products, customer experience management, customer retention, relationship management, selling, and risk management.
• Strong communication, collaboration, decision-making, critical-thinking, and prioritization skills.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66, or Series 63 and 65, preferred; Life and Health Insurance licensing preferred.
