Relationship Banker Business Specialist (Banking)

What you will do

• Acquire and expand consumer and business banking relationships for businesses with under $2 million in sales revenue.
• Generate leads, conduct appointments inside and outside the branch, and create qualified referrals to banking partners.
• Coordinate with Business Banking, Mortgage, Wealth Management, and Private Bank partners to match clients with appropriate resources.
• Provide tailored solutions across deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing while resolving client issues.
• Support branch colleagues in identifying opportunities, engaging clients, and growing share of wallet.
• Follow banking policies, manage operational risk, and help ensure accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Knowledge of banking products, customer needs, prospecting, selling, and customer experience management.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state and complete required background checks.
