Senior SAP SD Consultant (Bilingual Korean/English)

Location: Plano, TX, United States; 5 days in the office required according to HR guidelines.

Salary: USD 130,000–140,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate, track, and schedule project tasks and support ad hoc projects.
• Work with company headquarters and the North America PI team on SAP Logistics implementation and optimization.
• Document customer business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system improvements.
• Provide strategic guidance on process design and support SAP consultants as needed.
• Monitor issues and operating performance, prepare reports, and communicate results.
• Analyze SAP SD and Sales Portal requirements, train users, create documentation, and provide ongoing support.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a functional or business consultant with SAP applications.
• Hands-on experience with functional configuration and design in an SAP environment.
• Understanding of the system development life cycle and application development practices.
• Strong critical-thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Bilingual Korean and English proficiency is required, including reading, writing, and speaking both languages.
• Willingness to work 5 days in the office according to HR guidelines.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience processing EDI document types.
• ABAP debugging skills.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, leadership, and customer-prioritization skills.
