Senior Manager, Program Management – International Fulfillment (Fulfillment and Logistics)

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; alternate home office locations in San Bruno, California and Hoboken, New Jersey

Annual salary: $80,000–$155,000 in Bentonville; $104,000–$202,000 in San Bruno; $96,000–$186,000 in Hoboken. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses and potential stock compensation may apply.

What you will do

• Define and execute strategies for growth, scalability, and competitive advantage across fulfillment and logistics services.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketplace, and International teams.
• Identify growth opportunities, evaluate investments, and develop business cases for executive decision-making.
• Establish performance metrics, operating mechanisms, and business reviews to guide strategic priorities.
• Drive organizational alignment, change management, operating model evolution, talent development, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience developing and executing strategy in a complex, fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• At least 3 years of experience using intermediate Microsoft Office functionality.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or a related area.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, strategic planning, business case development, prioritization, and performance management skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders through data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and executive-level communication.

Nice to have

• Experience managing a budget, profit and loss statement, or related financial process.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Project Management Certification.
