Financial Analyst I (Budgeting/Forecasting): Supporting financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, project portfolio funding, and pricing allocation model calculations for operating divisions with an accent on variance analysis, cost trends, and data integrity. Focus on developing forecasting methodologies, analyzing project funding and postings, coordinating SAP project funding, and preparing financial information for executive and board-level review.
Location: Hybrid in Audubon, Pennsylvania, United States

What you will do
- Support monthly financial reporting for company and divisional performance.
- Prepare operating expense budgets, forecasts, financial analyses, and management presentations.
- Develop forecasting methodologies and communicate with division management about financial performance.
- Provide project financial data for executive, committee, and board presentation materials.
- Analyze project funding requests, authorization levels, portfolio data, and unusual project postings.
- Assist with journal entries, monthly general ledger close, SAP project funding coordination, and documentation of procedures and controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree, or current progress toward one, in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Efficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to produce accurate, high-quality work with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to work in the hybrid Audubon, Pennsylvania arrangement.
Nice to have
- SAP knowledge, particularly the CO and PS modules.
- Experience with Excel pivot tables and Hyperion Planning.
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis experience.
- Equivalent professional experience of 0–3 years.
