What you will do

• Lead financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering for the payments organization.
• Develop and manage forecasting models and own the forecasting process end to end.
• Prepare annual and monthly budget projections and track revenue and expenses against forecasts.
• Analyze financial data, trends, variances, KPIs, and OKRs for leadership reporting.
• Provide performance insights to support data-driven decision-making and target tracking.
• Improve financial tools, process efficiency, governance, and integration across planning cycles.

Requirements

• Must work in a hybrid arrangement with three office days per week in Cincinnati or Denver.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and data management within the payments industry.
• Revenue accounting experience and knowledge of GAAP accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
