What you will do

• Provide financial guidance and business analysis to assigned functions and support sales performance.
• Partner with leadership and sales teams to develop budgets, forecasts, revenue and expense plans, and lifecycle metrics.
• Analyze financial results, trends, cost drivers, profitability, and key performance indicators.
• Prepare monthly journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, variance analyses, and departmental performance reports.
• Support audits, internal controls, cross-functional initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
• Build dashboards, generate operational metrics, and improve reporting tools, templates, and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0–1 years of financial experience.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints and communicate with various levels of management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI, and Teams.
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
