Assembly Technical Project Manager Intern (Fusion)

Location: On-site in Devens, Massachusetts, five days per week. Occasional travel, nights, weekends, or on-call work may be required.

Salary: $25–$38 per hour, based on academic level. BS interns: $25–$32 per hour; MS/PhD interns: $35–$38 per hour.

What you will do

• Support Senior and Principal Technical Project Managers with engineering and assembly project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, and project data in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and related tools.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and meeting materials.
• Track progress, identify risks, escalate issues, and improve project execution visibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and follow up on action items across technical and nontechnical teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an engineering, project management, operations, or related technical degree at the bachelor's, master's, or PhD level.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest or experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing, or process improvement.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Must be able to work on-site in Devens, Massachusetts, five days per week.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, project scheduling tools, or data visualization platforms.
• Previous experience with project management, engineering, manufacturing, or process improvement.
