Capture Manager - XBAT - US Army (R6198) (Aerospace & Defense)

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic capture plans for X-BAT and other advanced systems supporting U.S. Army land forces.
• Lead teams toward multi-year strategic Army program wins.
• Build and maintain relationships with Army stakeholders and influencers across Aviation, Fires, and Intelligence communities.
• Anticipate customer needs and influence policy, requirements, and solicitations to align with hirify.global portfolios.
• Lead advanced systems engagement strategy and capture actions for Army opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of strategic capture or Army policy development experience.
• Deep knowledge of Army requirements and acquisition processes.
• Experience with emerging technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Active Secret clearance required; TS preferred.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Army program capture experience within the previous five years.
