TL;DR
Analyst II, Product Compliance (Product Compliance/Regulatory Affairs): Managing product compliance governance, assurance reviews, compliance records, and KPI reporting for Copeland’s Manila operations with an accent on policy administration, audit evidence, and regulatory data integrity. Focus on analyzing compliance metrics, investigating root causes, tracking corrective actions, and improving cross-functional compliance processes in a hybrid Quezon City role.
Location: Quezon City, Manila, Philippines; hybrid arrangement with 3 days per week onsite in QC. The schedule is 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Manila time.

What you will do
- Administer and maintain product compliance policies, procedures, standards, work instructions, and governance documentation.
- Manage document control, policy review cycles, compliance training records, and policy acknowledgements.
- Support business unit self-assessments, assurance reviews, compliance maturity assessments, and internal control evaluations.
- Gather and validate compliance evidence, document findings and risks, and track corrective and preventive actions.
- Collect and analyze compliance data, maintain KPI dashboards and management reports, and investigate metric deviations.
- Maintain compliance records and databases while supporting data integrity, operational risk monitoring, and process improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in product compliance, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, internal audit, risk management, operations excellence, or compliance programs.
- Experience conducting process reviews, audits, assessments, or compliance evaluations.
- Experience analyzing compliance data, metrics, and KPIs.
- Experience with corrective action plans, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and preparing management reports.
- Must be amenable to work in QC and onsite three times per week on a hybrid schedule.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting compliance programs involving RoHS, REACH, SCIP, TSCA, PFAS, CE Marking, or similar regulatory frameworks.
