What you will do

• Implement and monitor occupational safety and health programs and policies.
• Conduct workplace inspections, identify hazards and risks, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
• Deliver safety orientations, training, awareness activities, and emergency preparedness drills.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with HR, management, supervisors, and employees, including support during DOLE inspections.

Requirements

• Mandatory 40-hour basic occupational safety and health training applicable to the industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in occupational safety and health.
• Additional 48 hours of advanced or specialized occupational safety training relevant to the industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Knowledge of DOLE compliance and reportorial requirements.
• Filipino nationality and willingness to work full-time on-site in Mandaluyong City are required.
