Mail Management Officer (Card Production and Delivery)

What you will do

• Run card production and delivery operations, including blank plastic ordering, payment, inventory management, card tagging, and end-to-end delivery monitoring.
• Oversee the destruction of spoiled blank plastics and aged cards.
• Review delivery reports, monitor courier performance, assess service providers, escalate SLA non-compliance, and resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain maker-checker controls, segregation of duties, delegated approvals, and agreed turnaround times.
• Update documented processes, identify improvements, initiate team projects, and participate in UAT and UVT for relevant systems.
• Maintain audit-ready records, collaborate with Banking Operations stakeholders, provide leave coverage, and support cross-functional assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance or a related business course.
• At least 5 years of experience in a banking institution.
• Hands-on experience with card production and delivery.
• Strong understanding of maker-checker controls and segregation of duties.
• Working familiarity with BSP, AMLC, PDIC, and other applicable banking regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience maintaining audit-ready documentation.
