VIP Host, Washington D.C. (Gaming)

Location: Remote - US; Washington D.C. role with willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.

Base salary: $68,000–$85,000 per year, plus applicable bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build authentic, trusted relationships with high-value players and generate new business revenue.
• Manage player relationships through local events, regular communications, and escalation responses.
• Provide players with relevant games, promotions, channels, and platform offerings based on market knowledge.
• Collect and communicate player feedback to support platform improvements and identify opportunities.
• Follow VIP engagement guidelines and responsible gaming policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or another customer-facing role.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make confident decisions using data and trends.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state gaming licenses.
