Auto Damage Adjuster (Field)

Location: Midland/Odessa, Texas, United States; this is not a remote role and requires work in the listed territory.

Salary: $34.60–$44.01 per hour, with an annual salary range of $69,700–$88,663. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available for candidates with an active adjuster's license in good standing.

What you will do

• Assess vehicle damage and settle auto insurance claims promptly and accurately.
• Handle complex claims using technical and industry knowledge.
• Deliver effective customer service throughout the claims process.
• Work flexibly across field, in-office, and potentially remote claim activities as required by the position.
• Apply sound judgment and attention to detail when evaluating claims and making decisions.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of auto damage experience and a demonstrated record of successful customer service.
• Motor Vehicle Damage Adjuster/Appraiser's License required.
• Valid driver's license meeting company underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• Solid computer skills, mechanical aptitude, multitasking ability, and effective written and verbal communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
