Network Performance Change Analyst

Location: Remote, limited to candidates living in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia

What you will do

• Analyze network performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Create outage reports, NOC performance metrics, vendor impact analyses, root cause analyses, and ad hoc reports.
• Develop automated Power BI dashboards for real-time leadership visibility.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and PMO teams to document processes, workflows, templates, diagrams, and technical integrations.
• Coordinate weekly Change Advisory Board meetings and support approval of network changes.
• Maintain change management documentation, deliver training, and develop communication plans for planned maintenance and service-impacting changes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in IT, Network Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in network operations, IT operations, or network performance analysis.
• At least 1 year of experience in change management or process improvement within a NOC or IT environment.
• Strong data analysis experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, and automation scripting.
• Ability to develop and interpret reports, KPIs, and analytics to improve network performance and operational efficiency.
• Must be able to live in a state where hirify.global operates.

Nice to have

• ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow, ChangeGear, Jira, or similar ticketing and change management platforms.
• Experience in telecommunications or broadband network environments.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and root cause analysis documentation.
