TL;DR
Data Analyst (Night Shift) (SQL/Tableau): Building validated reports, dashboards, and datasets from quantitative, qualitative, Pendo, and Salesforce data with an accent on SQL optimization, stakeholder reporting, and data quality. Focus on analyzing product usage, maintaining Tableau and Power BI reporting, and automating manual reporting workflows.
Location: Hybrid, with 2–3 days per week of in-hub collaboration in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines; night shift

What you will do
- Aggregate and summarize large datasets into reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Analyze Pendo data, including user adoption, segmentation, and product usage patterns.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis and develop datasets from primary and secondary sources.
- Create, maintain, and optimize custom SQL queries, including complex queries across popular databases.
- Develop, maintain, and validate Tableau and potentially Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Gather stakeholder reporting requirements, monitor data quality, and help automate manual reporting.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience developing with Tableau Desktop; Tableau Server experience is a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience writing custom SQL queries and optimizing complex statements.
- Strong SQL proficiency, including experience with BigQuery and Snowflake.
- 3–5 years of experience working with Salesforce data.
- At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment and comfort working in a newly established role with uncertainty.
- Strong command of English, with clear verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Tableau Server experience.
- Experience using SOQL to ETL and analyze Salesforce objects.
- Experience with Power BI.
