Recruiter

Location: Remote telecommuting; work from home

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year

What you will do

• Source and screen applicants for a growing workforce and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Partner with leaders, HR personnel, and staffing partners on recruiting needs, candidate recommendations, and pipeline updates.
• Coordinate and conduct in-person, phone, and video interviews with detailed documentation.
• Manage references, background checks, drug screening, offer letters, and new-hire correspondence.
• Prepare job postings, contribute to recruiting meetings, and address pipeline challenges.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, IT, and Training to coordinate onboarding and support a smooth transition for new hires.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience managing the hiring process in a fast-paced organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle sensitive and confidential information, and maintain attention to detail.
• Fluency with Microsoft Suite and HRIS or ATS software.
• Ability to work remotely from home with a dedicated workspace and provide timely communication.
