SAP Functional Analyst FICO / FM / AA

Location: Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico; partially remote/hybrid work model

What you will do

• Support SAP FM, FI, CO/FICO, and AA processes in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA within an AMS model.
• Diagnose incidents involving budget control, derivations, AVC, FMBB, GL, AP, AR, payments, taxes, reconciliations, closing, allocations, settlements, and depreciation.
• Validate end-to-end P2P, O2C, funds management, and financial closing processes, including ECC and S/4HANA data consistency.
• Coordinate RICEFW specifications, ABAP deliverables, authorizations, Fiori catalogs, transports, jobs, and integrations with POS, banks, e-invoicing, and inventory systems.
• Maintain configuration, process, testing, audit, control, and operational documentation.
• Participate in SIT/UAT, release support, post-release stabilization, continuous improvement, automation, and standardization.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in SAP functional support.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FM, FI, FICO, and AA in ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of GL, AP, AR, F110, F150, EBS, taxes, closing activities, budget execution, derivations, AVC, FMBB, cost and profit centers, internal orders, cycles, and settlements.
• Experience with ITSM and ALM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Solution Manager, or ChaRM, plus understanding of logs, traces, authorizations, and ITIL principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, systems, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Spanish: 100% required; English: basic.

Nice to have

• Retail industry experience involving high transaction volumes, POS, and reconciliations.
• SAP certification in FM, FI, or CO.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience with rollouts, stabilization, or ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations.
