Senior Producer (CGI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, Illinois, USA

Salary: $95,000–$105,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Translate creative concepts into executable production plans across CGI, motion, retouching, photography, and post-production.
• Own end-to-end production delivery from pre-production through final asset delivery.
• Lead estimating, budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and project documentation.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, client expectations, resources, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate freelance resources, external providers, and third-party suppliers.
• Collaborate with global Content Solutions teams, producers, resource managers, finance, and client service teams.

Requirements

• Experience in a CGI-led studio environment, ideally within a brand or packaging-focused agency.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with pre-production, post-production, and video shoots.
• Experience working directly with clients and developing statements of work, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Ability to lead, coach, and manage production artists and direct reports in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as ShotGrid, Jira, or Trello.

• Experience with video content production and shooting.
• Experience in a brand or packaging-centric agency.
