Location: Hybrid in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal

What you will do

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions across multi-module environments, including ITSM and ITOM.
• Build system integrations, process automation, self-service solutions, support tools, reports, and platform enhancements.
• Automate application support, deployments, monitoring, and alerting using PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, coordinate releases, and manage deployment activities.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams, IT departments, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform architecture.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM, databases, code repositories, and development tools.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Python, SQL, XML, REST/SOAP web services, Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP.
• Experience with identity integrations, troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, and ITIL principles.
• Fluent English and availability to start as soon as possible.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, AWS EKS, or Azure Kubernetes Service.
• ServiceNow certifications.
• French language skills.
