Editorial Developer (Tungsten CCM): Designing, configuring, and maintaining customer communication templates and document variants for mortgage customers with an accent on low-code configuration, reusable content components, and business-rule implementation. Location: Hybrid role based in the Matosinhos, Porto, Portugal office

What you will do
- Develop, configure, and maintain letter templates, reusable content components, and document variants in Tungsten Communications Manager.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs, configuration choices, business rules, and document solutions.
- Configure variables and conditional logic for accurate customer communications.
- Analyse the impact of changes across templates, document flows, and business rules, and maintain related documentation.
- Test and validate changes, support incident and defect resolution, and improve template maintainability.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams in Porto and the Netherlands.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Communication Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in an ICT organization, application configuration, low-code development, or document/template management.
- Understanding of configuration-based development, structured business rules, and conditional document logic.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and maintainable templates.
- Experience with testing, defect analysis, and structured change documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Customer Communication Management, document composition, template configuration, or similar tools.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Experience with Jira and international teams.
- Good command of Dutch for customer communications, templates, and business rules.
