Talent Acquisition Specialist (Global Recruitment): Leading end-to-end hiring across EMEA, the Americas, APAC, and remote roles while supporting ATS migration and global mobility with an accent on multi-region recruitment, HR systems, and employee mobility. Focus on coordinating complex recruitment workflows, implementing a new ATS, managing global relocation processes, and maintaining accurate, compliant operations across regions.
Location: Remote, based in Lebanon or the United Arab Emirates. Locations include Dubai, Sharjah, and Fujairah.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across offices in EMEA, the Americas, APAC, and remote locations.
- Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, coordination, offers, and candidate communication.
- Partner with hiring managers and support employer branding, hiring policies, tools, and workflow improvements.
- Support the ATS migration, including data transfer, workflow setup, testing, go-live, user training, and post-launch support.
- Manage People systems including Factorial, Workable, HR SharePoint, and AI recruitment tools.
- Lead global mobility processes, including geographical relocations and internal departmental moves.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in an international or fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions and seniority levels.
- Experience with ATS platforms, assessment tools, HR systems, recruitment metrics, and structured hiring workflows.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, communication, prioritization, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting international mobility, including basic visa, relocation, and compliance considerations.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with ATS migration or implementation projects.
- Experience in consulting, luxury, customer experience, or multinational environments.
