Location: Framingham, United States; 5-day on-site expectation

Salary: $76,000–$98,500 annual base pay

What you will do

• Perform routine analytical testing using established methods and standard operating procedures.
• Execute ELISA, HPLC, cell-based assays, cell culture, and other relevant analytical techniques.
• Prepare reagents, standards, buffers, and samples for laboratory analysis.
• Record, analyze, review, and report laboratory data accurately and in compliance with requirements.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, perform routine calibrations, coordinate maintenance, and keep the laboratory inspection-ready.
• Collaborate with Analytical Development, Process Development, Quality Control, and Manufacturing teams.

Requirements

• Ability to work on-site in Framingham five days per week.
• Biological Sciences BSc degree preferred.
• Interest in and aptitude for biological sciences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team while managing varying workloads.
• Good time management, organization, communication, and flexibility.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other core IT applications.
