What you will do

• Manage and prosecute national, European Union, and international trademark matters.
• Monitor deadlines, tasks, renewals, and portfolio activities.
• Prepare and follow up on applications and renewals before OEPM, EUIPO, and WIPO.
• Support the agency team in administrative proceedings.
• Prepare quotations and invoices.
• Coordinate with intellectual property agents and relevant offices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Trademark Paralegal managing national, European Union, and international trademark portfolios.
• Advanced English at C1 level required.
• Self-sufficient, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of intellectual property databases and management tools.

Nice to have

• Previous experience prosecuting industrial designs and patents.
