Contracts and Budget Manager (Clinical Trials)

What you will do

• Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage clinical trial agreements with investigative sites and sponsors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for investigative sites and sponsors.
• Track completion of contractual documentation and establish project timelines.
• Develop complex contracting strategies, coordinate investigator grants, and prepare proposal text.
• Develop contract and budget templates, contracting systems, processes, tools, and training materials.
• Set and execute team objectives while tracking operational and financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to challenge constructively.
• Thorough understanding of the regulated clinical trial environment and drug development process.
• Goal-oriented, self-starting approach with the ability to work independently.
