Lead Product Manager (AI Portfolio, Product & Value)

Base salary: $121,600–$167,200 per year

What you will do

• Own AI products for operations, beginning with supply chain planning, inventory, S&OP, and order fulfillment, then expanding into procurement, quality, and engineering.
• Map workflows with planners, buyers, plant teams, and quality teams to identify pain points, root causes, and opportunities to improve decisions or reduce manual work.
• Translate operational needs into product requirements, user stories, first-version scope, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and adoption plans.
• Own the product backlog and roadmap, prioritize features, and make trade-offs with AI engineers, data scientists, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Run user testing and pilots, gather feedback, iterate toward daily adoption, and recommend whether use cases should scale, pivot, or stop.
• Build business cases with Finance, track realized value, manage governance and system integration requirements, and report product status and decisions to leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, digital or AI products, or operations, including 3+ years owning data, analytics, or AI products.
• Hands-on operations experience, ideally in supply chain planning, inventory, S&OP, procurement, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with product discovery, workflow mapping, user research, pain-point analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measured product adoption.
• Working knowledge of ERP and planning systems, such as SAP or Oracle, plus operational data.
• Technical depth in GenAI, machine learning, optimization, and agents sufficient to evaluate scope, feasibility, and cost with engineers and vendors.
• Experience with Agile product delivery, backlog tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, business cases, Finance collaboration, and senior stakeholder influence.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments.
• CSPO, ASCM/APICS CPIM or CSCP, or Lean/Six Sigma certification.
