D365 Developer I (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

hirify.global is hiring a developer to build and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and enterprise integrations.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom Dynamics 365 solutions, plug-ins, workflows, business logic, and Power Platform components.
• Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, and data services.
• Translate user stories, business requirements, and technical designs into maintainable code.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, backlog refinement, code reviews, and collaboration with analysts, architects, QA, and product management.
• Troubleshoot defects and production issues, support deployments and releases, and maintain technical documentation.
• Follow development, source control, testing, security, deployment, and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of software development experience.
• Experience developing custom solutions or integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or a comparable enterprise platform.
• Proficiency with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
• Understanding of application lifecycle management, APIs, integrations, Agile development, and source control such as Git or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure development.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Finance & Operations, plug-ins, custom workflows, or Dataverse.
• Experience integrating systems such as SAP or Teamcenter.
• Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD practices.
