Developer, Professional Services (Fintech)

Location: London, United Kingdom; occasional travel for on-site customer support is expected.

What you will do

• Participate in all phases of product development, support, and implementation.
• Develop new features and enhance existing product functionality.
• Support software systems and perform customer-facing analysis.
• Participate in Agile planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and story-telling sessions.
• Build functional-domain knowledge and collaborate with financial institution clients.

Requirements

• Three years of experience with a strong foundation in C development and working knowledge of relational databases.
• Experience with UNIX, Red Hat Linux, ANSI C/C++ for UNIX, Bash, Perl, and PL/SQL.
• Experience deploying applications to AWS and Azure environments.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a self-motivated approach.
• Good verbal and written English skills are required.
• Willingness to travel for customer support as required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Git, Maven or Gradle, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Subversion, or equivalent code repositories.
