Location: Onsite at the Losee Road facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Work schedule is 4/10s, Monday through Thursday, subject to change.

Annual salary: $118,560.00–$180,814.40.

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, configuration, integration, and lifecycle management of OpenText enterprise content management solutions.
• Design and deploy secure integrations using OpenShift containerized microservices, Java/Spring frameworks, and Oracle databases.
• Develop software specifications, system designs, code, test plans, operating documentation, and implementation plans.
• Analyze application, infrastructure, and database issues; debug systems, review test results, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate project work plans, schedules, budgets, technical assignments, and software maintenance activities.
• Guide programmers, analysts, operations personnel, vendors, and less senior staff on systems analysis and development practices.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required for all positions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience with at least 8 years of progressively responsible relevant experience.
• Advanced OpenText expertise, including Content Server, Extended ECM, Documentum, or Exstream.
• Advanced container and cloud-native experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and microservices.
• Strong Java, J2EE/Jakarta EE, Spring Boot, REST API, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, schema design, and database performance tuning skills.
• Ability to lead complex projects, mentor staff, solve full-stack and containerized design problems, and deliver secure, resilient, maintainable solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with .NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, Blazor, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong object-oriented programming and software development principles.
