Sr Application Systems Analyst (Gaming Systems)

Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma, United States (on-site); occasional overnight travel, after-hours and weekend support, and participation in an on-call rotation are required.

What you will do

• Analyze business processes and operational requirements, then design application functionality, interfaces, workflows, and system solutions.
• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize business applications, system settings, tables, and integrations.
• Lead system implementations, deployments, roadmap initiatives, and complex technology projects.
• Create functional specifications, system requirements, test plans, and test scripts; conduct UAT, system, integration, and performance testing.
• Develop user documentation and training materials, conduct training for super-users and stakeholders, and support user adoption and system transitions.
• Provide application support, manage high-priority incidents, coordinate resolution efforts, mentor team members, and collaborate with executives, managers, subject matter experts, vendors, and third-party representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 7 years of gaming systems support experience.
• Experience supporting or administering IGT Advantage systems; at least 5 years is preferred.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL, plus SSRS Reporting Services or similar reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of system integrations and full software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications, along with strategic system planning and roadmap development experience.
• Advanced product and application management expertise; experience working in highly regulated environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities, with strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, customer service, stakeholder management, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, lead and mentor team members, travel occasionally including overnight travel, and provide after-hours and weekend support as needed.
• Participation in an on-call support rotation, possession of a smartphone for communication availability, and a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and regulatory approvals.

Nice to have

• At least 5 years of experience supporting or administering IGT Advantage systems.
• Equivalent professional experience in place of the stated bachelor’s degree.
