Programming & Editorial Manager (AI)

hirify.global develops the NeuralMesh software platform, providing infrastructure for AI training, inference, and agentic workloads.

What you will do

• Own editorial programming across the website, YouTube, LinkedIn, newsletters, podcast, and other online communities.
• Develop technical thought leadership and transform expert knowledge about GPUs, inference, memory architecture, and token economics into compelling content.
• Plan and maintain the editorial calendar, coordinate stakeholders, meet publishing deadlines, and refresh or retire aging content.
• Repurpose strong ideas across articles, video clips, newsletters, resource pages, and other formats.
• Direct contract writers through clear briefs, feedback, quality standards, and ongoing development.
• Use analytics covering velocity, freshness, engagement, organic traffic, LLM-referred traffic, and citations to improve programming.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in editorial, journalism, or content strategy and management, including substantial B2B technology experience.
• Experience with writing, story development, hands-on production, and directing writers, freelancers, or agency resources.
• Experience managing a busy editorial calendar across multiple formats and stakeholders.
• Working fluency in AI, cloud, or data infrastructure, with the ability to discuss inference and memory architecture.
• Daily use of AI tools, including self-built workflows, plus working knowledge of SEO and generative engine optimization.
• Published work and strong collaboration experience with designers, video producers, social and SEO leads, subject matter experts, and standards owners.

Nice to have

• Experience publishing in Sanity or another headless CMS.
• Producer experience in a newsroom, studio, publication, or branded media team.
• Experience making a federated content operation predictable and consistent.
