Finance Manager (AI)

Location: Remote-first, with the role available in China, Hong Kong, Singapore or Taiwan

What you will do

• Manage financial and management reporting, including cash flow, tax, GST, budgeting and statutory reporting.
• Prepare and review annual reports, statutory accounts and management reports.
• Perform and review revenue, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate governance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and transform finance processes using AI, GenAI, data analytics and technology.
• Partner with Finance Systems, Data, Engineering and business teams to implement scalable finance solutions and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance, ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, consulting or finance transformation.
• Strong technical accounting, analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Experience in finance transformation, automation or consulting is highly preferred.
• Strong interest in AI, GenAI, automation, data and emerging finance technologies.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; ERP, BI, workflow automation or financial systems experience is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech or digital assets.
• Consulting or technology-enabled finance experience.
