Analog IC Design Lead – Power Management

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for IC development projects and design activities.
• Design integrated power converters, monitoring circuits, analog blocks, gate drivers, and PWM control circuits.
• Coordinate IC design and layout activities with design and layout engineers.
• Simulate and verify circuits using transistor-level and system-level tools.
• Contribute to silicon validation, characterization, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate across IC design, power electronics, semiconductor process, and system development disciplines.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant IC design experience.
• Hands-on experience with linear regulators, switched-inductor DC-DC converters, switched-capacitor DC-DC converters, and integrated power converters.
• Experience designing analog circuits such as comparators, amplifiers, current and temperature sensors, and bandgap references.
• Experience with IC design environments and EDA tools, including Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics.
• Must be based in Copenhagen or within reasonable commuting distance.

Nice to have

• Technical, project, or technology leadership experience in IC development.
• Experience with PMICs and DC-DC converter applications.
• Experience with PCB design, assembly, and experimental or silicon validation.
